We attach great importance to the fresh preparation of the dishes and use wholesome products. We get many of them directly from our farmers, such as the goat's chesse from the Tockner family, "Lendlbauer" on the Schöderberg.

We source meat from animal welfare, farmer's butter, famer's bread, milk and delicious cheese form our local farmers. The potatoes, called "Eachtling" come from a farmer in nearby "Lungau".

Beautiful buffets are the speciality of the host.

Our styrian chicken in a basket are particularly popular with our guests.

Meal times: 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
